Tool: Protein-Rna binding affinity web server

Hi everyone,

I'm a PhD student from Italy and in my current project I'm studying a protein-RNA complex through mutagenesis analysis. I would need a web server for calculating the binding affinity between protein and RNA, so far I've used Haddock and I need another one to test the results and see if it is reliable or not.

Thank you.

I really don't need to do some docking, because my structure is already made. I need a scoring function to assess different structures mutated in different residues both in the RNA and in the protein.

Anyway thanks for the suggestions.
