QC for UKB GWAS data

Hi everyone,

I'm a PhD student working on a project using UK Biobank data. To kick off my project, I need to conduct QC analysis on 500k genomics data (GWAS). Since this is my first time doing this, I need assistance in understanding the process and the protocol for conducting QC. If anyone has experience in this subject, I would appreciate guidance.
