How To Install Gromos96 In Ubuntu 12.04 In 32 Bit .

Hello Sir,

I am PhD student. I am new user in ubuntu, I don't know How to install Gromos96 in ubunto12.04 in 32 bit . I already to followed installation guide but it comes error . I downloaded from http://www.gromos.net/file.pl?owned=owned&page=list&file=21 (GROMOS FORCE-FIELD FILES).When I downloaded it save in download file in ubuntu. Please Step to step guide me .

Or suggest me Software , or web server for energy minimization for protein protein interaction.

The link you provide requires a login - people are not going to create accounts just to answer your question. 3. It sounds as though you are familiar neither with GROMOS nor basic Linux skills. Perhaps you need to seek local assistance with these?

An alternative to GROMOS is GROMACS. It's free, open-source and easy to install from the Ubuntu repositories: "sudo apt-get install gromacs".
