translate position in cds to position in nucleotide sequence

Hi everyone,

I have some important sites it my protein sequence. I need to know the position of these sites in the nucleotide sequence of my gene. What is the most efficient way to translate this information?

Hi Antonio, I know this can be done using BLAST. I was just wondering if any fast way/resource exist to do this. I will go with the BLAST then. Thanks, RT
