Database for promoter analysis of filamentous fungi

Hi all,

I have some trouble to find databases for promoter analysis for filamentous fungi. Does anybody have some information or suggestion about this topic? Any help will be appreciated!

Hi Chalivendra,

unfortunately I have not received answers about this topic. The databases that I tried to use were not correct to analyze promoters in filamentous fungi and I am still trying to figure out what can I do with my sequences.
