How to mine all (or most) promoter sequences from Drosophila genome

Hi all,

Please would anyone help?

I want to obtain ideally all promoter sequences for all or most of the protein coding sequences from Drosophila genome and then find corresponding promoter sequences for related dipterans. I have checked with flybase and I still don't see how to do this. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Check the Eukaryotic promoter database. Drosophila melanogaster data is available here.
