Find UniProt ID automatically for thousands of protein sequences
Hello,
I have thousands of protein sequences and their corresponding taxon ID. I want to find an easy way to search all of these protein sequences and find the corresponding UniProt ID for each. I am not sure how to do this with the UniProt API. Any guidance would be much appreciated. Thank you!
