Protein Atlas programmatic access
Hello Everyone,
Can we access PROTEIN ATLAS using REST API?
Is there any way to programmatically access the contents in Protein Atlas? I would like to download the xml files for a uniprot protein id which is of my interest(for example)

Have you checked their help page entitled 'Programmatic data access' ?
Yes,I am able to access through the url http://www.proteinatlas.org/ENSG00000134057.xml mentioned here . However,I would like to use the uniprot id instead of the ensembl identifier.I tried replacing ENSG00000134057 in the url with uniprot id ,it didn't work though.
My guess is that because HPA uses Ensembl as reference, the API only accepts Ensembl IDs. Try using Ensembl protein IDs. You could also download the data. Finally you could also contact them.
