Mouse Protein Homologs Of 380 Drosophila Genes

I need to make a single spreadsheet containing the following:

Column 1: A list of 380 Drosophila genes I obtained from an RNA-seq experiment.

Column 2: The protein products of each of the 380 Drosophila genes.

Column 3: The mouse gene orthologs of the Drosophila genes.

Column 4: The mouse protein orthologs of the Drosophila genes.

Columns 5 & 6 : The amino acid sequence identity and E-value of the each of the mouse protein homologs.

I have tried to use flymine to make a single list containing the aforementioned information for weeks, and most operations I try to do on the site cause it to crash. Any help you can give would be appreciated, as I have resorted to using flybase to find each Drosophila amino acid sequence, then blasting it in Uniprot and copying and pasting the resulting alignment information into a spreadsheet. I know there must be a relatively easy way to make the list I need, and the method I am using now is so stupid and inefficient that it is driving me a little crazy.

Thank you for your help!

it is not exactly what you asked for, but you may be able to build most of your query through biomart: http://www.ensembl.org/biomart/martview/ef14953c93b865c9693d3637ee65cd3d just paste the IDs of your 380 Drosophila genes in the filter tab.
