Seeking Ef1-Alpha Promoter Sequence

I'm looking for the promoter sequence of EF1-alpha . . preferably both human and mouse versions. I'm using this vector pPS-EF1-LCS-T2A-RFP [System Biosciences]. Any help would be greatly appreciated. It's difficult to know where to start exactly. Any databases that have promoter sequences? I'm looking at Ensembl but I am having trouble
