Where to obtain a gene rpkm matrix for mouse (from mouse encode)

Anyone knows where to obtain a Gene RPKM matrix by sample/tissue from the mouse encode project? Similar to the one available at the GTEX project (need to login) under RNA-seq data / gene RPKM.

You can download the RNAseq bam files using one of these links: http://genome.crg.es/encode_RNA_dashboard/mm9/ OR http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/mm9/encodeDCC/and use tools like RSeQC to generate RPKM values.
