Similar projects to GTEx
Dear biostars forum,
I want to examine differentially expressed genes in groups of samples of prostate adenocarcinoma. As a comparison reference of differentially expressed genes in healthy prostate tissue I found the GTEx project. Now my question: are there other, similar projects like the GTEx project that can serve me as a comparison reference?
