Antibiotic targets in bacteria

Dear biostars forum,

I am currently analysing the effects of various antibiotic treatments on E. coli. The different E. coli were separatly treated with e.g. cephalosporines, aminoglycosides, tetracyclines etc. Does somebody know a database where this kind of analysis is published to distinguish the preferred targets of the different classes of antibiotics in bacteria (e.g. preferred targeted proteins)?

You can type the name of the antibiotic here and you will get all sort of information on the molecules and mode of action.
