GTEx Portal gene view boxplots

I am using the public GTEx Portal RNA-seq gene expression plots (http://www.gtexportal.org/home/) however, I haven't been able to find any information on how the charts have been created. In particular I would like to know how the upper and lower whiskers were defined (they don't appear to be 1.5 x the IQR).
