Ethnicity information in GTEx dataset
Hi,
The current metadata from GTEx does not contain ethnicity column per sample. I wonder if anyone can link me to a resource where can I easily obtain this information without dbGap and e-RA Commons complexity?
Thanks for your contribution!

Looks like samples are largely from "white race" (https://gtexportal.org/home/tissueSummaryPage#sex ). Exact detail likely not openly accessible since the metadata at SRA does not include that info: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/Traces/study/?acc=GTEx&o=acc_s%3Aa (unless it is in sample code).
