I see, thanx to the great fire wall! (hope BioStar will not be blocked as well now;) Why would anyone block this page? It wouldn't help you much though, because that page is empty,a domain placeholder, try to email the authors for a copy. Or try http://dnassist.en.softonic.com/ on softonic.

Forget it, it seems like the download link no longer exists, so I guess you are out of luck, nothing to do with censorship, this time. Maybe you can try an alternative software.

This software is really old, distributed as binary only, and has seemingly disappeared. I suggest that you look for an alternative, e.g.:

http://molbiol-tools.ca/molecular_biology_freeware.htm#DNA and genomic analysis

Choice depends on what you want to do with it.
