Whole genomic amplification samples for whole exome sequencing
Excuse me :
I want to sequence some samples with tiny amount of DNA. Could we use the whole genomic amplification samples? I am concerned that there were already fragments in the amplification samples. I was wondering if I could get enough high-quality DNA fragments after shearing DNA.

Is your problem a small amount of DNA, or poor DNA quality, or both?
Sorry that I did make it clear. It is a problem of a small amount of DNA.
