Graphic tools to depict genes along a chromosome
Hello,
For the presentation, I would like to be able to show the distribution of genes along a chromosome, that is instead of a normal graph with two axes, I would like to show them on an actual chromosome, for example, a shape of a chromosome with the names of genes written on one side and the position on the other.
I was wondering if there is any tool for this purpose out there such as in R or so?
