what do you mean by shRNA data? what kind of analysis? are you interested in expression changes before and after shRNA knockdown?

shRNA is an engineered contruct, I don't think there is anything like large scale data except its sequence and the secondary structure, which are both known by design. maybe you mixed it up with one of the xyzRNA types.
