Rna seq data analysis beginner
Hello all, I am new in field of bioinformatics. I need to design a RNAseq pipeline for data analysis. Can anybody help me to get how I can start to build such a pipeline. Although I have gone through couple of review article I have some difficulties to understand step by step what I need to do?
Please help me out. Thanks advance.

Hello Michael Dondrup, I appreciate its very basic and there are millions of link in Google for RNA seq tutorial and as a beginner i felt little difficulties so i post the question. May me all people not like genius like who moderate BioStar. So if question is out of topic you can close but i dont think its out of topic.
More over i hope Biostar may be put one line like only genius people can post not for beginner it will be better. Then we can post other forum not in the place for generous.

Your question is not off topic, but not specific enough to be answered. You need to define what you are looking for first. We cannot just help you understand without knowing what you do not understand or which papers and resources you are referring to.
