Hello I need to do research in Galaxy like a new analysis in the field of genomics.

How much can this cost?

Do I need to do experiments in the lab, or this can be done completely on computer and the internet and where can I start? And what are the possible ways I can publish research in Galaxy ..?

What about review article about Galaxy if done with a professor of mine who have studied Bioinformatics in Japan?

I am from Egypt where Bioinformaticians are very few, but I am 5th-year medical students interested in the field and is taking many courses to develop myself.
