I need to do Research on Galaxy platform

Hello I need to do research in Galaxy like a new analysis in the field of genomics . How much can this cost > and do I need to do experiments in the lap or this can be done compeletly on computer and internet and where can I start? and what are the possible ways I can publish A reseach in Galaxy ..? What about review article about Galaxy if done with a professor of mine who have studied Bioinformatics in Japan?

I am from Egypt where Bioinformaticians are very few but I am 5th year medical students interested in the field and is taking many courses to develop my self .

Can you be more specific about type of analysis you want to do? Galaxy has a free server.
