Genome contigs in FASTA formate
Hi, I need a dog and cat Genome contigs in fasta format also the identifiers should be unique. I am not a bioinformatician. So i know a little about it. Please give me a guideline how can i make this through galaxy tools. Thanks in advance for your kind support.

You can't do this through galaxy tools per se. You can download the genomes from NCBI/Ensembl (see below) and then upload the fasta files to Galaxy. If you are using a local galaxy mirror you could ask your galaxy admin to set the genomes up in Galaxy.
