Hello M K!
We believe that this post does not fit the main topic of this site.
Double post, you may rework your original question, but the answer might be negative, are you going to accept this? Not many might like to give a negative answer ("it can't be done"), because it is hard to prove.
For this reason we have closed your question. This allows us to keep the site focused on the topics that the community can help with.
If you disagree please tell us why in a reply below, we'll be happy to talk about it.
Cheers!
I agree with you, and as you see in the beginning of this post I said that I have posted similar question like this. But in this post I would like to get some help from any person how has expedience with interpret IGV browser to know how to inspect if the gene that I have has novel antisense or not. Finally, I am sorry if I bother any one in the forum by my questions.
Often, if a question stays unanswered, nobody might know the answer. Double (or better 4-5) posting is often considered against the netiquette. Instead, try to edit your original question, by adding more information, example plots, make the whole dataset available, etc. In your case the questions you have posted contained less and less information, while the original question contained a good answer and conversation already: How to identify novel antisense? Indeed the first and second answers seems to me as close as one can get. Also, it is rude to continue double-posting after being told not to do so.
