How to know the novel antissense from sense and antisense counts
Hi All,
I have two columns, the first one represents antisense count, and the second one represents sense counts. What is the best way to detect novel antisense based on those counts (I mean is there any statistical method can we use to identify the significant of these counts).

Hi Michael,
From the previous post (How to identify novel antisense?), I have a good discussions with michael.ante and he explained some important information about that. But with my new post I need some help with using some statistical method like Poisson model which mentioned by michael.ante. In addition to that, I want someone to help me with visually inspection of most promising findings with IGV.
