written by Abdul Rawoof<p>I want to download all the (human)breast cancer genes involved in different kegg signalling pathways like wnt,notch,jak-stat,aml,apoptosis etc. Could anyone tell me how can I …
you may want to check kegg pathways
I think you meant stigmasterol instead of sigmasterol
you also should not post the same question twice. you can edit the first one, if you need it
thank you
im going to list all genes which there are in sigmasterol biosynthesis from initial till final, but when i check kegg i watched too many EC and complex paths, if there is a simple way to know my genes list?
What is sigmasterol?
It should be stigmasterol?
Stigmasterol biosynthesis in which organism ?
Did you search any sub-ontological term under sterol biosynthesis?
I'm going to know all genes (in brassica napus) involved in stigmasterol biosynthesis, but identification of these genes from kegg or literature is too complex. you are helping me kindly
Thank you for the comment, Martombo. This should help others identify this as a duplicate question.
