Screening for unidentified genes in starch biosynthesis pathway
Sir,
I got a supplementary data of starch biosynthesis reconstruction pathway in cassava by Treenu Saithong. There are some genes which they couldnt identify or couldnt annotate. How can I approach in identifying those genes? please help me. Hereby attaching my mail id
