Longitude/Latitude/infection count for all Ebola Outbreak locations

Does anyone know the best resources to find the outbreak locations for strains of Ebola Virus? For both recent and past outbreaks? I would like more specific locations (towns, cities) rather than just countries where cases have been verified. Is the WHO the best resource?

I was looking previously, but I haven't found any specific geographical data associated with epidemiological data. I've been interested in connecting the geographical outbreak metadata to virus genome sequence.

Caitlin Rivers has data mined some information which is located on her github page.
