I've been working with metagenomic data for a while now and I'm having trouble finding information on identifying species or genera of phytopathogenic bacteria and fungi, nitrogen-fixing bacteria, growth-promoting bacteria and fungi, nutrient-solubilizing organisms (fungi and bacteria), phytohormone-producing fungi, and biocontrol fungi.

I'm looking for tables or downloadable databases specifically containing this information for comparison with my results. While I'm aware of resources like KEGG, NCBI, and GreenGenes, they seem to focus more on phylogenetic data rather than the specific analyses I'm interested in. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
