Is There Anyone Who Has Handled The Broad Cmap Data

Hello,I am doing the I am doing the data processing of the broad cmap. However,I do not know know the meaning of the data I have processed using the software of the expression console the Affy company provides.The data only includes digit.The RMA alogrithm is used.But I have seen in the internet that there are pre-processed data matrix and the instance inventory.How can I get the compound\the control value\the cell line name?

It is not entirely clear what you are asking, but I'll try to answer as best as I can. If you download the "instance inventory" file from the CMAP site, you can get the drug name (it's a common name, but you can look up most of them at PubChem) and the cell line. I do not know what you mean by "control value".
