Hello,I am doing the I am doing the data processing of the broad cmap. However,I do not know know the meaning of the data I have processed using the software of the expresion console the Affy company provides.The data only includes digit.The RMA alogrithm is used.But I have seen in the internet that there are pre-processed data matrix and the instance inventory.How can I get the compund\the control value\the cell line name?

After attending the LINCS Symposium and workshop on 18/19 Nov 2013, I suggest that you contact the LINCS support staff for your questions. This was emphasized throughout the workshop I attended, in part because there are bugs and incomplete documentation for the data and the accompanying analysis tools. The willingness of those developers to heed those emails was quite evident to me - so write to them and you'll get the best help possible.
