Hello, when I handle the data of the BroadCMAP in the .cel (http://www.broadinstitute.org/cmap/cel_file_chunks.jsp).However,I do not find .cel such as .H01.E03.D04.B05.A06(http://www.broadinstitute.org/cmap/cel_file_chunks.jsp.I have known from the Internet that "Their full scan numbers are not listed on the instance page but can be reconstructed by appending each of the six extensions provided (eg ".H01") to the twenty-two character number preceding the period from the corresponding perturbation scan number. "However,I have some problem. If the perturbation_scan_id is 5500024024213121906564.A02,I find the vehicle_scan_id is .H01.G02.E03.D04.B05.A06. if just as what has mentioned before,I think the the vehicle_scan_id is 5500024024213121906564.H01.G02.E03.D04.B05.A06.But,it is somewhat too ridiculous. The the vehicle_scan_id is 5500024024213121906564.H01 or 5500024024213121906564.G02 or so on . Who can tell me the exact meaning of the .H01?

H01.G02.E03.D04.B05.A06 means this treatment has 6 controls in this batch. So, if perturbation_scan_id is 5500024024213121906564.A02, then its corresponding controls are 5500024024213121906564. H01, 5500024024213121906564. G02.....and so on.
