I am trying to convert a jaspar file to meme format. I did look at the jaspar2meme documentation but nor sure about the input file.

Does anyone know how to get the .pfm, count file?? Is it the frequency matrix from jaspar?

Also, where do I get the background frequencies information for running FIMO??
