I have graduated from Izmir Fen Lisesi (Izmir High School of Science) in 2004. I completed my bachelor in Molecular Biology and Genetics in 2009 from Bogazici University. Following bachelor, I completed my master degree at Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB) about Cell and Gene Therapy in 2011. Worked on a PhD at VUB, on Malformations of Cortical Development & Bioinformatics. Worked as a postdoc/consultant for 3 years later in the same university and founded the mutaframe platform. Working on sequence visualization and creation of validated sas platforms as a software engineer at GSK since 2019.
