Published a small extension of MutaFrame, to:

• Show conserved regions and SNPs of the Sars-Cov-2 receptor ACE - 2
• Show conserved regions of the Sars-Cov-2 spike protein based on comparison of Sars-Cov-1/HIV
• Different isoforms of ACE 2
• Alignment of 166 Sars-Cov-2 genomes, and mutation hot spots. ( MT019529.1 taken as reference)

PS: I am no longer affiliated with the academia too much as before, the domain (mutaframe.com) is no longer under my control. Here is the same work, if I have time I will remove the animations and make everything a bit less simpler.
