This is an add-on module for MutaFrame, the open reading frame finder. It allows you to plug in mRNA/protein sequence and search whether the protein is encoded. You can add as many panels as you want, and they will be updated in the background.

Alternatively you can search for keywords such as "BRCA2", "breast cancer 2" or CFTR and show the latest refseq versions of these genes, which MutaFrame operates on. This small add-on relies on other free to use services that we offer, so take a look:
