We will cover:
- Foundations of agentic AI and tool ecosystems
- Context engineering for reliable outputs
- Coding agents for data analysis, figures, and presentations
- Building simple interactive data apps from omics data
- RAG, MCP, and connecting agents to external knowledge sources
- Reusable “skills” and workflow automation for research tasks
- Best practices for responsible and reproducible use
Format: online live sessions (2–5 pm CET)
Audience: biologists, bioinformaticians, and data scientists with basic programming knowledge (no prior AI experience required)
