Which one i should use for BLAST?
After sequencing, I have received two sequence files, namely the Consensus sequence and ASV. Here, which one should I use for BLAST and phylogenetic analysis?

Do you expect one or multiple sequences/bacteria/organisms? How was the consensus generated? and how many consensus sequences are there?
I think it would be best if you understood what these files contain are before proceeding with analyses.
If you are interested in just a single sequence then the consensus is likely what you are after
Have you aligned those to each other to see what sequence differences there are? You may need to try both if there are significant sequence differences.
This is sanger sequencing or high throughput?
