Hard Filtering Differences between WES and WGS
Hi everyone,
To filter true variant, after the calling i should apply a filer method, such as Hard filtering, VEF ... I decided to apply Hard Filter with VAF > 20 and AD > 5 for my WES results.
I am wondering if i should change them when come to WGS data, in particular if i should reduce them. The reason is because WGS has a lower coverage in comparison with WES and so i could expect a lower VAF and AD even for true variant.
