VCF Merge
Hye, I am using ExpansionHunter to call TRs but I am using the catalog separately like for chr1, 2 up to X. Now I have 23 VCFs files for 1 sample. Can anyone tell me that how I should combine them. there is a tool MergeSTR to merge vcf files but I am also calling VNTRs so, I am not sure what should I do? Can anyone explain this? Thank You!
