Help using enricher function from clusterProfiler

Hi everyone!

Recently, I've been using clusterProfiler for performing an ORA using the enrichGO function for a project. However, I've been told that I should use the enricher function, but I haven't found useful examples of use. Besides, I know that using this function I'd need to download the GO annotations, but I haven't found any resource.

I would appreciate any help
