Looking for a way to download assemblies within a bioproject for a specific protein sequence
Hi everyone,
Recently, I've been working on a project where I've been trying to download the rpoB genes from the human microbiome project to construct a phylogenetic tree (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/bioproject/?term=28331). I can't seem to find a way to download the rpoB genes in FASTA format in an efficient manner. Any help would be appreciated!
