GenBank submission through BankIt
I have been trying to submit multiple chloroplast genome to GenBank through BankIt using the fasta file format. The GeSeq - Annotation of Organellar Genomes was used for the genome annotation and manually curated using the Geneious program. Then GenBank format output was processed through the python script to convert to feature file. However, now uploading to the BankIt, I am getting the error in the gene annotations for multiple times. Does anyone know how it can be corrected at once with out any error?

Update: The problem has been resolved. I just resubmitted it multiple time making the necessary corrections as suggested by the GenBank BankIt.
