Hello
I wish to submit my custom gene sequences of different cultivars of oryza sativa. I was using Bankit to submit my sequence taking the help of this tutorial here at Bankit
Bankit accepts gene start and end locations and also the corresponding feature names of known features.
I want to submit sequences of genes for which I have found variations in the form of SNPs. How do I submit these entire gene sequences using Bankit?
