Submitting partial sequences from Cytb gene
Good morning, I want to submit partial sequences from a certain organism of the CYTB gene, however NCBI doesn't accept my submit ion because the feature annotation is wrong. So I emailed NCBI, and they said I should submit my annotation with the blast result hits. However, my length sequence is less than the length of the sequences present in the feature table. How can I submit this sequences to NCBI, so they can be accepted and available as soon as possible? Thanks for the help.

I don't know what you mean by this. If you received instructions from NCBI help desk either follow them or discuss them directly with NCBI support. This is not a really bioinformatics issue at this point.
