Processing of nucleotide sequences (protein coding sequences) for bulk submissions to Genbank -Bankit
I have sequences several individual genes from bacterial samples. (same genes from multiple strains). I need to submit the same to the Genbank Bankit.
I am finding it difficult to submit the same as a batch. Bankit has rejected the submissions when i tried to submit all the samples individually. I need help in getting the frameshifts corrected and trimming the sequences.

You should focus the question on the actual problem that you need to solve. How did you get these frameshifts and what needs to be trimmed?
