3 samples (control) vs 3 samples (condition) 100M coverage data

Hi Biostars,

If I want to find datasets that have 3 samples of conditions and 3 samples of controls that have at least 100M short reads, where can I find those? I don't think GTEx has that much reads when I looked into them. Are there any libraries or resources that have 100M-ish reads? 120M would be ideal, but I am not sure where I can find those.

reads

Have you tried searching GEO?

Can you say why you need that? It's a very unusual requirement to have that many reads.

The number of reads is not too important.

You should search GEO, SRA, and ENA for your condition of interest, and then take it from there. One does not require even ~100 million reads.
