Are there reliable assays other than genome sequencing, to measure tumor heterogeneity?
We plan to test the effect of drugs on glioblastoma, and I suspect tumor heterogeneity might affect the response in different samples. Are there reliable assays other than genome sequencing, to measure tumor heterogeneity?
