Using words like "urgent" will not get you help any faster. In my opinion, it serves the opposite - experts avoid posts that pushes them to answer within a time frame.

The only place to mention a URL to "I-Mutant 3.0" seems to be https://bio.tools/i-mutant_suite

However, the link (http://gpcr2.biocomp.unibo.it/cgi/predictors/I-Mutant3.0/I-Mutant3.0.cgi) takes you through redirects to http://busca.biocomp.unibo.it/betaware/

Maybe the software was withdrawn or other unusable. I'd contact the authors of the I-Mutant2.0 paper and ask them what happened to the software and how to access it if it's still available.
