Cytoscape Motif-Discovery plugin
Hi,
I am trying to find possible motifs in my network on Cytoscape. As of now, the only app which gives me soe credible results is Motif-Discovery. However, that app gives the z-score of all my predictions as zero. Can you please tell me why that is happening. Also, please suggest alternate motif finding apps on cytoscape (version 3+) with a tutorial if possible.
